Some people's brains age well. And some don't.

I read these 2 statements today by leading neuroscientists:

As I continue to learn about the brain I am repeatedly struck by 2 things:

  • how easily our brains can be at peril
  • how simple it is to do the right things to protect the brain

Here are the top 4 fish for your brain: salmon, sardines, herring, and mackerel.

All are packed with omega-3's that help to neutralize omega-6's.
